Meet the founder

My name is David Herodotou, founder of Exoria Cars. This company is a direct reflection of my journey, standards, and passion for exceptional vehicles.

My involvement with cars began at the age of 14, when I started professionally detailing vehicles. What began as a small operation grew into DD Detailing, a large-scale business working with Premier League footballers and vehicles valued at over £4 million. This period shaped how I see cars. My attention to detail was relentless, and it gave me a deep understanding of how high-value vehicles should look, feel, and be cared for.

Through detailing, I saved and reinvested every opportunity back into the automotive world. I began by buying and selling one or two cars alongside my detailing work, initially from my own driveway. As demand increased, I moved to operating from farmland, allowing me to scale responsibly while staying hands-on with every vehicle. In 2025, I made the decision to fully focus on the dealership, and in 2026 Exoria Cars moved into its first official site in Abbots Langley.

Today, I specialise in performance and luxury vehicles priced between £30,000 and £120,000, with a strong focus on high-specification and rare examples.

I am extremely particular about the cars I purchase. Every vehicle goes through a strict and consistent buying process, and every requirement must be met. If a car does not tick every box, I will not buy it. This approach protects my customers and ensures that every car I sell meets the standard I would expect myself.

Customer trust is everything to me. I take pride in delivering a personal, transparent service, and my five-star reviews reflect the care and honesty I bring to every sale. I believe in building long-term relationships, not simply completing transactions.

My vision for Exoria Cars is to continue expanding carefully, grow a strong and considered stock profile, and maintain close relationships with my customers while never compromising on quality or standards.
